And while a university’s strategic plan rarely possesses the drama of storming the Bastille, it must – to be a really good plan – be driven by revolutionary thinking.
Planning – particularly strategic planning – begins with a thought. An idea. A question. What if … ? Could we … ? Is it possible … ? We have embraced the thoughts, the ideas, and the questions. We have assessed our strengths and weaknesses. We have reviewed environmental opportunities and threats.
